Refund Policy

The refund will be made into the bank account subject to the valid point of cancellation as mentioned under our Cancellation Policy. We initiate refund only after the buyer’s confirmation over the bank details.
No refund will be made in case:
•    Of unavailability of the person to receive the order.
•    When request to change the delivery address cannot be accepted. In other cases, we charge Rs.200 to execute the delivery.
In other valid cases, the refund will be made within 30 days period.

Pin Code Requirements:
The customers are requested to enter a valid pincode enabling us to process the order delivery. In case the pincode entered is incorrect:
•    The area may be Non Servicable which means our delivery person cannot reach for the address then there will be no refund made.
•    You may ask us to correct it to get your order delivered and you will be charged as per the new area pin code. The order will not be cancelled and hence there will be no refund.
