Cancellation Policy

We at Basil Florist value each of your commitments and wishes. But in case you change your mind or want to re-order some other product of ours, you may have to cancel your previous request enabling us for a smooth payment processing (charge/refund). The orders are accepted in time slots depending on the availability of the products. For cancellation request you may please note
1.    For any cancellation, the request must be raised 24 hours prior to the time slot chosen for the delivery. The buyers will be charged with 10% as the cancellation processing fee and 90% will be made to refund in the bank account.
2.    If the request for cancellation comes within 12-24 hours, the buyers will be charged with 20% as the cancellation processing fee and 80% will be made to refund in the bank account.
3.    If the request for cancellation comes within 12 hours remaining for delivery, no amount will be refund.
The cancellation process rights are reserved with Basil Florist which will affect the bank refunds. We will consider the reasons of cancellation which may include unfortunate events, calamities, or unavoidable circumstances. There will absolutely be no refunds if any of this situation/s do not persist.
